Full-time

Currently hiring a spring 2008 graduate with a BS in agronomy.  Would also consider ag business, ag econ, entomology or ag education.  This career is summer intensive with little opportunity for time off between April and September however 4 weeks paid vacation is offered during the off season.  Pay is based on experience and qualifications but entry level will be in the mid 30's to mid 40's.  The opportunity for ownership in the company exists for the right individual.  Would require that full-time employees live within the trade area and not restricted to Garden City only.  Must be a permanent legal US resident.

 

Internships

Currently hiring summer interns to assist with field scouting duties.  Term of employment runs from mid May 2008 through mid August 2008.  Work week runs from Monday to Friday with no weekends required.  We work hard with long hours during the week (normal days start at 6:00 AM and end at 10:00 PM).  All housing expenses and most meals provided by the company.  Pay based on experience and qualifications with the range being $2500 to $3000 per month.  Would prefer applicants who are finishing their sophmore or junior year in May of 2008 but would consider younger applicants as well.  Preferred majors are agronomy, ag business, ag econ, ag education and entomology.
